OMF manufactures mechanical parts according to specific customer drawings with great professional skills and precision, starting from the technical development up to the finished parts. Our major customers are worldwide leaders in the production of piston or screw compressores, car engines and TIER-1 suppliers in the automotive field. Our raw materials such as bars, pressed or cast pieces are purchased from the best suppliers so as to be able to provide the end customers with a complete product.

The flexibility and variety of OMF machinery, that has been renewed and increased for over 40 years, has enabled the company to acquire essential experience in the field of precision mechanical operations. Thanks to cutting-edge machinery managed by highly skilled personnel, OMF is able to quickly manufacture its products, using a variety of different materials such as steel, cast iron and aluminium.

The machining operations performed are: turning, milling, grinding and assembly. The machining operations outsourced are: heat treeatments, toothing, galbanizing treatments.

OMF performs milling operations on horizontal and vertical machining centres. Furthermore, the company uses the most efficient and innovative systems available on the market and certifies all the materials used in production. OMF is able to machine, by means of milling operations, all steel, aluminium, cast-iron and stainless-steel parts within the dimensions 500mm * 500mm * 500mm cube, and is specialized in milling connecting rods for engines and compressors.
